R.J.,
    First of all, let me state that Pilot does not transfer ownership upon 
completion of training. In fact, I am unsure if they do at all or retain 
ownership ad infinitum. As for your question of our stand on ownership, I 
would refer you to the June 2011 Braille Monitor and the NAGDU Guide Dog 
Consumers' Bill of Rights.
