[nagdu] Time on leash or tie-down, was Dogs and instructors

When I first got my dog, I was told to keep him on tie down at night for the
first couple of weeks. This worked for the first couple of days, but then,
my dog decided he had other ideas. He chomped threw the metallic cable I was
using as a tie down. And thus was able to Rome free. This is the only thing
of mine he has ever chewed. Lol ever since then, he has roamed free when in
my house.
