[nagdu] Relieving dogs at Washington Seminar and other areas

Hi,

How are we taught to pick up after our dogs? First, there's no reason a blind person can't do so. of course, if you just free run your dog, that's a different thing, so first, all the schools teach us to relieve our dogs on leash. When the dog stops to make a deposit, basically, we just feel the dog's back (to see what it's doing), and when it's done, just bend down where it's back end was, and, with a plastic bag on our hand, pick up the deposit and turn the bag inside out. Some dogs are wanderers, so additionally we have to convince the dog to do all of its thing in one spot. Actually, picking up after your dog, besides being good for our fellow pedestrians and cleanliness of the city, also has the advantage of allowing us to in another way monitor the health of our dogs.
