[nagdu] clicker training materials

There are clicker training books on Bookshare.  I got Don't Shoot the Dog. 
It explained the concept, but it was very sight-based.
I think I've seen clicker training books on NLS too, but can't really 
remember.
One could try searching "clicker" on Bookshare and NLS.
