[nagdu] Boots and Dew Claws

Seeing Eye removes the dew claws because of the ease they get snagged on
things. Guiding Eyes doesn't as my friend's dog has his and Landon does
not. Also, many people forget about the nail and they have become ingrown
as they curl around.
