[nagdu] update on Lady

Rachel,
This sounds like a criminal case that the City of Tucson should be persuing 
by the City's DA or City Attorney.

A good start is the press - as much as you can get!  It may make the City DA 
or City Attorney take action!  What if the same dog attacked and injured a 
kid in the same manner as your guide dog?  Shouldn't be any different.  Or 
someone who suffers a hate crime because they are LGBT?  Same thing.  You 
have had your civil rights violated - your right to freely move about your 
environment.  Try contacting a Civil Rights group if you can.
