Organ meat is very rich, and can cause stomach upset and ... shall we say pyrotechnics of the bowel if fed too much.  If I were you, I'd start out with one piece— the neck, freeze the rest and let her have one of the pieces every few days.  I would not feed a kibble fed dog a bunch of organs at one time or you may be in for a surprise. lol
