[nagdu] Belated update

That's great, Jewel!  I loved the 2-week program at GDB.  I suppose GDF's is 
similar.  Like you say, it's intense, but a lot gets done.  I often had a 
trainer out not long after to check on things, and that worked real well. 
Glad GDF can do that for you.
