[nagdu] New handler issues

Hi all,

As a Pilot graduate, I can attest to what Clare's saying, except to
add that if you live in Ohio, Pilot Dogs will come and work with you,
depending on the situation.

Most times, though, we Ohioans will still have to come in for brushup training.
