[nagdu] GDB anyone?

Hi Matthew,

I am not wild about the call center approach to follow-up; the proof
will be in the pudding, as they say.
Guide Dogs of America is small, but I do believe if things were
really out of hand, someone would come here or I could go there to get help.
I am also very sad that very experienced instructors were let go to
save on costs; just interview your schools very carefully and follow your
gut, but I know we are all happy to answer questions here.
One last thing: I hope that GDB is more about solving issues rather
than assigning blame when something occurs; that was not my experience when
I got my last dog from there, so I went to Seeing Eye and worked my dog for
five years, and I have been home from GDA with Huck six months, and I
couldn't be happier with his work or personality.

Good morning all.
I am sure that some of you have gone to GDB, and I would be interested in
hearing your experiences.
