[nagdu] bus shelters and the cold

I find that it is all about timing. I know when the bus will come, and it
is generally here within 3 minutes of it's scheduled time, so wait to the
last possible moment to leave to minimize the time outside. Granted, the
stop is very close to my home, but not so much at work, but the concept
works for this as well.

What do you guys do about having to wait for extended times at a bus stop
with no shelter? How do you keep your pup warm?
