[nagdu] Going hiking?

To me, the answer to that depends on whether pet dogs are allowed on the
trails you'll be hiking, because, if your dog is running loose or on a
long leash, she's acting like a pet more than a guide.
The rangers in Glacier told us that pet dogs are not allowed on the
trails, but guide dogs are. So I did my best to keep my dog civilized,
except for sometimes letting her dabble her feet in a lake and
recreational sniffing at relieving times.
