	Have you been able to ascertain if the archaic language of this bill
is what is currently proposed or what will be stricken and replaced? If this
bill is as it appears, it is directly incongruent with the ADA and the state
may not impose greater restrictions than what are provided for by Federal
law. Please make sure we are fighting the right fight and, if we are, we
will mobilize our forces!

been in touch with the state's advocacy center to try and change or defeat
it.
