[nagdu] Jogging with dog Guide

I agree, I have jogged with a guide dog, and used her harness.  I don't believe leash guiding will give will enough info in a timely way— this from someone's dog which knows this particular skill.  Leash guiding is mainly for short trips, indoor places, that kind of thing.
