[nagdu] Lyft/Uber and Service Animal Access

Thanks everyone for confirming that the company is in the wrong with
regard to service animal discrimination. I have filed a complaint with
them, and I'd prefer to keep it out of courts and such if I can.
However, I will go through the DOJ if need be to get this resolved,
since if this is happening to me, then how many other similar incidents
have occurred? When I get a response from Lyft, I will let you all know.

Best,
Shanna
