Hey Julie, I'm wondering if the shoes don't keep out the cold. Maybe try different ones, like the Ruffwear? Not sure. I guess (and I hate even writing this) it might be a good idea to have plan B in case she doesn't get over this. Not sure what that would be. Sigh. Peace, Debby
