That's pretty much it. Their country, their rules. With my next dog, for
instance, as I understand, I won't be able to visit the UK with my next dog,
perhaps other EU countries, because it will be owner trained, not from an
IGDF- or ADI-accredited program. Again, their country, their rules. So
either a new island has to be found, or they'll have to travel without their
dog. Unless I'm missing something.
