[nagdu] finding state laws regarding service animals

Hello to all,
I am inquiring on where I can find state laws for service animals in Michigan.
I use the nagdu app on my phone, but I have a sighted friend who has
information on dog laws for Michigan, but he doesn't have the service
animal laws, and he doesn't have an iDevice, so I am compiling all the
regulations for him to complete his collection, and am not sure where
I can find this information.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
