[nagdu] major relieving issues

It is not the most environmentally friendly thing, but in a pinch I have
dropped a dog bag down a storm drain, or chucked it into the woods. Other
emergency disposal methods I have used are tossing it off the side of a
bridge, and bagging it and leaving it in the gutter. Just be creative if
your dog does decide to relieve when you are not anticipating it. I have
found that standing still, and letting the dog walk a full circle around me
works to stimulate him to go if I don't have time to go for a walk, and he
is refusing to go.
