[nagdu] follow Command

Even with people she knows she isn't folliing consistently. I can see which it could be that dangg but I highly doubt it will be with her. It's inside places she has the most trouble. Outside is easier for her. However, I need her to be able to do this because I cannot hear people from hardly any distance. So she needs to be able to consistently follow. She can do it when I can hearand also tell her directions but when I can't hear she can't do it.
