[nagdu] Flat curbs

Here, we have the "blended" curbs with the wheelchair ramps, but there's still a difference between the street and the sidwalk. When I was in downtown Toronto, there were a couple of areas into side streets that it just looked like a dip in elevation to a driveway/parking lot. We don't stop at those unless there are cars, because there are so many of them here that we would be stopped every twenty feet!
