This is the backlash of all those fake service dogs.  More and 
more people are reacting against Fifi going into the grocery 
store with their owner and sitting in the cart, or going into 
restaurants and being fed at the table.  My husband who is 
sighted, tells me that he has seen this stuff haspen quite a bit.  
And I know that I have encountered other dogs that people have 
claimed was their service dog.  I'm afraid that all of us who 
have genuinely trained dogs that perform legitimate tasks are 
going to be punished for the acts of basically selfish people who 
just don't get it.  Should we fight it? Yes! But I truly think 
that one of these days we will all be required to carry some sort 
of identification.  That won't be so hard for us who have 
school-trained dogs, but I do not know how this will affect those 
of you who have trained your own dogs.    Peace,    Debby
