[nagdu] Wikki

Hi Ann.
Some of these things I don't know. I'll add dog source and vet expenses,
which I do know.
It might be simpler to only say geographic area if it's limited, like
Fidelco or Freedom.
As you say, I can't say everything. My objective is to give basic things
all in one place people can use to start to compare schools. After that,
they have to do their own research.
Wikkis I've seen have resource or reference listings. I could put this list
as a resource, seems to me.
Tracy

Hi, Tracy,

Doesn't TSE also have a home-and-away program? People might also like to
know the age of the school, the size of the school--how many teams they put
out per year, how many trainers/apprentices are on staff, etc.,--and any
geographical limits of the service area, also, sources of the dogs--in-house
breeding program vs. acquired from breeders or shelters, etc., also, whether
any help is given with vet expenses, and whether there are any stipulations
about the dog's retirement age or placement, also contracts, if any.

I know everything can't be put up in a wikkipedia article or it would
obviate the need to visit the school's website. But some basic facts for
comparison, especially on matters that do make the difference for some
applicants, would at least show that there are real differences between
programs which people should think about when making their decisions.

Best,
Ann

I Debby.
Yes, I realized that last night. Duh. I'm pasting in my revision.
If people from other schools could put together something similar, I could
put up more. Although I think adding info to Wikkipedia articles is
supposed to be easy.

Hey Tracy! Awesome! The only thing you didn't address though was the
ownership policy and the nominal charge. People might want
that info. Very cool! Debby with Neena
