Uber doesn't want to do much of anything everyone else does.

One of the reasons that Uber doesn't service many airports is that the way taxi service works at the airport is that they are part of a pool, they wait in line until they are first up, and then get a fare.  Uber doesn't want to wait in line and be part of a pool.
