[nagdu] Washington DC metro area puppies (add Rockville ADA)

Raven, the context is, Montgomery County, MD has a Hero Dog puppy
raising offer to volunteer, but it involves going north of Olney weekly,
where MetroAccess does not go. I could take a cab there and back, if my
wife is unavailable to drive me. Some taxi drivers don't like pups in
cab? Is a future service animal the same as a guide dog, in that
respect?

Thanks to anyone who knows,
