[NAGDU] Apartment Complex- Picking up poop

Fine I understand, but I wonder if it is a violation of something to ask for
that from a guide dog or service animal, I know you'll say "it's just a dog
no matter what" but then again they can't charge a pet deposit even though
your dog is justa dog and so on. I'm more curious than anything. Anyone with
good knowledge of legality want to weigh in?
