[NAGDU] Walking with guy dog and toddler or stroller.

Hi all, I have a 22 month old baby. What strategies of you guys used for walking with a toddler and your dog? Do you pull a stroller? What kind of strollers have you used? Do you hold their hand? If so, how does that work because my dog wants to walk down the middle of the sidewalk and that doesn't leave enough room for my child. Any suggestions would be welcome!
