Well, I might but it would have had nothing to do with that dog.  
I'd have checked all that out beforehand.  And if it was a friend 
of mine who was doing my hair it probably wouldn't even occur to 
me.  But it would have had nothing to do with the dog.   Debby

			The dog may or may not have been owned by the 
person
doing the hair, but if she wants to remain in business, she'd do 
well to
make sure that her property is safe for her customers.  If it had 
been me,
I'd be scoping out whether or not her business was legal.  Many 
of these home
businesses are not and they operate until there is a problem.
Debbie, I'd be curious why you wouldn't look into this if it was 
you?

I was referring to Star Gazer's comments about checking whether 
the person
giving the haircuts was licensed to do so in her home, etc.  It 
has nothing
to do with the loose dog, which may or may
not have been owned by the person cutting the hair.    Debby
