[NAGDU] Home alone

Tracy,

So I guess they do grow up. Giving him short times while you're nearby
probably did help him feel more comfortable by himself, too. Still, that
first time leaving home with the dog there free to destroy at will is a
scary, scary thing. I find myself just not wanting to go home again,
ever. /lol/ I think for the most part, you just know when the dog is
ready, and you have to take a deep breath and let the dog show you he's
a grown up. You hope.

Glad you're big puppy is turning into a dog at last. How old is he now?
My big puppy is a bit past his 2nd birthday, and sometimes he acts like
a dog. Other times... Not there yet! Maybe someday. Of course, the
minute I notice he really is an adult, I'll stop fretting about his
growing old. I wish they wouldn't do that.
