Hi,
I think the harness she was talking about is called an easy walker harness.

the dog’s front legs go through part of the harness.  The leash attaches to a ring on the chest part of it.  when you pull on  the leash, the harness squishes the shoulders together, making it really uncomfortable for the dog to keep on pulling.  You could fit one of these under the guide harness, but it’s probably not worth the bother of getting it on the dog.
