[NAGDU] Help for Separation Anxiety in Retired Guide Dog

She's had that particular cyst since 2008. I would've left it alone
too, but the cyst started oozing in September. We tried ointment,
Betadyne, and bandaging to try to keep it clean and covered, but it
didn't help. It started growing bigger as it oozed, and the doctor
suggested removing it when Peg went in for her bloodwork in November.
She said waiting till after the holidays wouldn't do any harm.

Waiting to hear back from the vet. I'm hoping this is temporary,
because it'll be really hard for both of us to have to leave to go to
the doctor, a necessary thing, and be anxious about whether she'll
pitch a fit and have the neighbors complaining. Will keep you posted.
Thanks for the suggestions and the support.

More Later,
Dani
