[NAGDU] Had a problem with lyft a few days ago

Ask that your report be assigned to the Trust and Safety team. I was
denied yesterday and had to call Lyft 3 times before it was finally
assigned to them. I also got the email that stated I would no longer
be matched with the driver but I called back and asked it be assigned
to that team and investigated. And yes, definitely report it on the
NFB Rideshare site and to Tim Elder.
