[NAGDU] Today was an adventure

Good morning. If this is happening, I strongly encourage you to complete the survey at nfb.org/rideshare if you have not already done so. My understanding is that NFB's legal team needs to know about these "warnings" because they are monitoring Uber and Lyft's compliance with the settlement agreement and there are concerns about drivers being reinstated with these warnings after having knowingly denied a ride to someone with a service animal. It takes a few minutes but without data they won't know. I wonder if the rate of denials is higher in some regions than others and if there is any data to support that if so.

I hope you talk to them again. Lately, in Ohio, they have been giving one warning and reinstating the driver. I am very concerned about this because we have no way to know how many warnings the driver receives. I was denied in July because the driver said he had a "pristine car." I told him I planned to report him and I did but I was contacted by Uber and they gave him a warning and reinstated him.
