[NAGDU] Fwd: Delta

Also, Delta's whole premise for creating more regulations is because
they have animals taken on flights that are very misbehaved or
aggressive. OK, that may be a valid point. However, nothing they are
requiring actually reliably addresses behavior. In addition, I feel
like they are then just using it as an excuse to implement the
requirement of vaccination records just because. I mean, if I show up
to the airport with vaccination records and a document stating that my
dog is a service animal... well Delta runs into exactly the same
problem if he is aggressive or misbehaved. I noticed that on their
website, animals other than dogs or cats are evaluated on a case by
case basis, so why not pay attention to the behavior of dogs as well
on a case by case basis. I don't see how their new rules can be
enforced under the ACAA though.
