[NAGDU] Chew toy alternatives

Hi David.
Are the antlers softer than a Nylabone?  
Also, I wonder about splintering, and about salmonella.

Hi, Tracy.  Claire eats the big black super Kongs. They don't last the 
day. Goughnuts and Nylabones are the only toys she does not chew through 
immediately, so I understand the problem. I have found that elk antlers, 
while expensive, last a long time and she loves chewing on them.
