[NAGDU] NAGDU affiliates

While it isn't a list -- some of the state divisions of NAGDU do have 
lists like this one.  You can go to 
http://www.nfbnet.org/mailman/listinfo/ and see them, you could have 
your screen reader search for dog on this page, to make it easier.
