[NAGDU] Uber problem

I believe I was recently told just to report that in the most recent trip but making it clear your issue is not with that most recent driver who picked you up but the driver who canceled before and did not pick you up. Supposedly Uber can see things that we can't see in the app. If I could remember where I got this information that would be a help but of course I can't. the annoying thing is that Uber doesn't have a number you can call and explain this to somebody. If others have better information though I'd love to hear it.

Did another driver just come or did he cancel and you had to re-request?

I was refused by an Uber today because of my dog, but I don't see the trip on my trip list at all.  How can I report it?  This guy was just blatant.
