	The National Association of Guide Dog Users has a really great
brochure we just edited and updated for just this very use. You can obtain
them from the Independence Market free of charge. They are call "Meet a
Working guide Dog Team".

If you go to Amazon and type in service dog law cards, you will see several
options. The ones I have look very professional and have the correct ADA
information. I hope this helps. If you prefer, I can give you a link to the
specific cards I purchased.
