[NAGDU] Notice of Proposed Rule-Making regarding service animals on airplanes

Wow! That is something. The idea of filing out 3 separate forms is 
crazy. The forms probably have to be signed by a vet....another burden 
and cost. Thanks for posting this.....Bryan
