[NAGDU] how to join NAGDU

 I was, also, unable to join NAGDU. If they want to increase membership they need to make it more user friendly. I do not have a Pay Pal account and I do not really want one. I tried to join a couple of times. Was unsuccessful

A friend of mine is trying to join NAGDU. He went to the site but couldn't find a way to do it. There was a statement saying there was a PayPal form but there was no form and no link to a way to pay. He'd prefer to do this online if possible.
