[NAGDU] DOT service dog forms

My understanding is that there is a grace period at the beginning of this new implemented ruling. But, what the grace period allows and the length of Time they are allowing it, is very unclear. Hopefully some sort of resolution can come of your problem with your friend. Wishing you lots of luck.
