[New-hampshire-students] wash seminar

I think that the Washington Seminar is our most important action of the 
year, but we Donated to be careful. We ARE basically broke and   have very 
limited funds. The Mass affiliate has a walkathon and people get to go only 
if they help pay for it. I think that delegates who do not have private 
resources or can get funding outside the NFB should do something significant 
to help the NFB meet their expenses. Ed
