[NFB-Hams] Two Kenwood TM-281A's for sale

Hi, I was wondering if I could speak with you sometime and get more information regarding this group and using these radios. I am a novice in this, and I don’t know exactly what to look for and what to ask for, so some guidance would be greatly appreciated.
