[NFB-Hams] Convention Simplex Frequency

The NFB has usually used 146.49 as the convention simplex frequency.

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend this year.

The ACB usually uses 147.48 as their simplex frequency.

It seems less affected to hotel interference.
