I did this last night so can share some info on how it works at Monday's meeting. But in brief, it's quite simple. You call a number, follow a script, answer questions and do whatever you can to get people to give support to the millage. They will provide you a phone to use.

It was lots of fun and very easy to get to from the bus.
I can explain the accomidations, etc. at the meeting on Monday.
