Please disregard the mistakes in this e-mail.  I am sending it again.  I
am sorry I am unable to take par in the April 15, 2009 telephone
calling.  I am scheduled for hip replacement, April 10, 2009 at Mayo
clinic, Rochester, Mn. I have missed meetings because of pain, but will
do better after surgery.  I really would like to do something as I did
during meet the blind month in Ann Arbor, if you can remember.

Dear Chapter,

 

I have secured our chapter a date to volunteer our phone voices in
support of the upcoming transportation Milleage. There are 5 spots
available on Wednesday, April 15th. More than five are welcome to do
calling, but must bring their own cell phones.  We actually need to fill
all five spots (there are other nights too if more persons would like to
get involved on a different night). 

 

So, on Wednesday, April 15th, 2009 I have the following persons listed
as volunteering:

 

Jackie 

Tim 

JJ

 

We need two more of you. 

 

I will take care of getting materials in alternative format such as
contact info, the scripts, etc. 

 

Please reply as  soon as you can so we can nail this down with the
organization putting this on.
