Hello all,

     We will be holding our next NM Parents of Blind Children Zoom Meeting
on Saturday, November 8th at 2pm Mountain Time.  This meeting is open to
Parents of blind children, blind parents of children (sighted or non
sighted), Educators (sighted or non sighted) of blind children,
grandparents (sighted or non sighted) of blind children.


   - This meeting we will hear from the current Second Vice President of
   the National Organization of Parents of Blind Children (NOPOBC), Melissa
   Riccobono.  She will share some of the things that the NOPOBC offers and
   things that we could do here on a local level.
   - Hopefully, Faith Switzer will be able to join us and share some
   exciting news about a Blind Big Brothers and Sisters Program she has just
   started.
   - Tara Chavez, President of NM NFB will share some information about the
   Braille Readers are Leaders Challenge coming up,
   - And also give some tips on using ShareBraille.org that goes along with
   that.
   - Also, we will have a little bit of information about upcoming
   Stem2U events.  This year's theme is supposed to be Forensic Science.

   We hope that you will be able to join us for this quick 1hr meeting and
if you know of anyone we may have missed on our list please share this
invite with them.
