Every month we get together to learn about blindness. We get together to learn how others do the things they do after they lose their vision, something they have relied on for some or all of their lives.

Come join us on Wednesday,  March 11,    at 7:00 P.M. MT.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, we are always happy to see you!

Our speaker this month is Faith Lynn Switzer. a third year student at the university of New Mexico. She will be telling us a bit about herself and how she is impacting the blind students in the land of enchantment. . She is currently doing a dual degree. Her first degree is a major in psychology with a minor in criminology. Her second degree is a major in criminology with a minor in Honors. She is also the co-chair of the Student Group of the national Federation of the blind of New Mexico and the founder of the big Brother, big sister program for blind individuals. When she is not doing school work or sitting in any of her classes she is busy working as a personal care assistant and when she is not doing any of the above, she is busy playing with her roommate,  her cat, Minerva.
