Hi,

Does anyone have contacts with electrical engineering programs at a 
university. I have a project that would be great if students would take 
on. Any other contact to electrical engineers would be great.

The project involves creating an embedded system that will take data 
from marine instruments and output it to speech. This will greatly make 
offshore sailing and boating more accessible.
