I usually don't discuss it until I have too. I am open about it but
sometimes I've been known to surprise folks. I did that to my embryology
proffessor. I passed his class quite well! He thaught I wouldn't because I
was blind and was pleasantly surprised with me! Anyway, I think they have
to find out sometime and they surely will by the interview. I just don't
make a big deal out of it and prepare myself for any questions that relate
to blindness and the work invironment.
